My Fast Booking is not affiliated/has no connection with Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC).

Auto fill

Auto filling or automating is happened with the help of Browser extension or addon provided by My Fast Booking. By Installing the extension or addon, may require special permissions which needs to be accepted by the user at the time of installation which allows My Fast Booking to modify any kind of webpage on client or user's web browser.

No guarantees or warranties

The Software or Service is supplied "AS IS". We disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software. Save/Upload Ticket

Saving or Uploading ticket data is processed entirely on client side. No data is stored or sent or saved on Server. By saving or uploading, you agree that My Fast Booking shall not be responsible or liable directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused. You expressly agree that it is at your sole risk.

Refund Policy

After purchasing the credits/premium service and if you don't intend to use it, Refund/extend validity is not issued/entertained. Also note that we will not provide any refunds/extend validity even is IRCTC Website is down or MyFastBooking Website is down or any other reason.

Applicable Law

Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Hyderabad.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace or change or add or remove portions of these Terms at any time by providing a notification using our website. The changes will become effective, and shall be accepted immediately on a going-forward.
